I am fully aware with how overwhelming it can be when you start exploring the world of EMFs.
It can seem that there’s no escape from them.
Thankfully there are many things we can do to remove, or greatly reduce our exposure and so protect our health.
A few of which are:
Turning off Wi-Fi and hardwiring your computer and devices at home will massively reduce your exposure.
Using the loud speaker option when talking on your mobile and not carrying your mobile in your pocket or on your person.
Not having your mobile in your bedroom while you sleep and, better still, having it off or on airplane mode when not in use.
You may not have a lot of control over the environment while you’re out but you can turn your home into a healing sanctuary, somewhere where you can rest and recover from the exposures faced throughout the day.
Depending on your exposure and personal situation, options may include:
Shielding paint and fabrics
Shielded bed canopy
It’s important to note that there are so many EMF protection products on the market and it’s not easy to know which ones work and which don’t.
Also, it’s important to be aware that even if you have a product that works, if it’s not installed properly then it can, in fact, make a person’s exposure worse.
